Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session or visiting OGz Gaming Arena, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed by the arena staff after your online request is submitted. Sessions start at the scheduled time — late arrivals do not extend the session end time. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled session.
Conduct
All visitors are expected to treat equipment and other guests with respect. Damage to equipment will be charged to the responsible party. The arena reserves the right to end any session and remove any visitor who does not comply with these standards.
Liability
OGz Gaming Arena is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged on the premises. VR sessions are physical experiences — users accept responsibility for their own physical condition and comfort.
Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of booking confirmation applies to that session.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
